Adventure Grrls is created by Eva Cook (age 5) and her dad, Joshua. Eva came up with the characters, the world, and most of the episode ideas. Joshua handles the production.
Joshua is a former teacher with a Master's in Education from UCLA, where he also taught in the School of Education. Adventure Grrls is designed with child development in mind — emphasizing problem-solving, cooperation, and imagination over passive consumption.
We made this podcast because we wanted audio adventures that let kids use their imagination, feature girls as the heroes, and focus on teamwork over fighting. We hope your family enjoys it as much as we enjoyed making it!
